How to Measure Your Body: Bust – Waist – Hips

Step 1: Bust
How to measure: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, going around your back (near the middle of your shoulder blades).
Note: Keep the tape parallel to the ground, not too tight and not too loose. Keep your body relaxed while measuring to ensure accuracy.

Step 2: Waist
How to measure: Identify the narrowest part of your waist – usually about 2–3 cm above the navel. Wrap the tape snugly around your waist, without pulling too tight. Breathe normally while measuring.

Step 3: Hips
How to measure: Measure around the widest part of your hips – typically 18–23 cm below your waist, depending on your height. Ensure the tape follows the curve of your body and stays level with the floor.
