Refund policy
All tailoring products at Phoebe Atelier are made-to-measure and customized for each client. For bespoke and made-to-measure orders, deposits are applied toward materials and production costs that are incurred progressively throughout the making process.
1. Made-to-Order / Pre-Order
• All items are made-to-order or pre-order
• No ready stock
• Production starts after payment/deposit
2. Payment Terms
Orders placed via our website require full payment before production.
For bespoke or custom projects confirmed via WhatsApp or social media, a 70% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance paid before completion or shipment.
3. Production Time
• Website designs: 2–3 weeks (excluding shipping)
• Bespoke/custom: 1–6 months depending on complexity
• Timeline confirmed before production
4. Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Applicable only to orders secured with a 70% deposit.
* Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
* Refund eligibility is determined based on the production stage reached at the time of cancellation.
Refund structure:
* Before materials are purchased: up to 50% of order value refundable.
* After materials are purchased and cut: up to 30% refundable.
* After draping, pattern-making, or garment construction has begun: up to 15% refundable.
* After the garment has been substantially completed: up to 5% refundable (if applicable).
* After fitting, alterations, or final approval: strictly non-refundable.
If the garment is fully completed at the time of cancellation, the full deposit will be retained and the item may not be delivered.
All refunds are subject to deduction of non-recoverable costs, including materials, labor, artisan work, custom development, and production expenses already incurred.
READY-TO-WEAR INTERNATIONAL POLICY
• RTW pieces are produced in limited quantities.
• Orders are final sale.
• No returns or remakes.
• Delivery-only orders do not include fitting or alterations.
• Size selection is based on client-provided measurements.
• Phoebe Atelier is not responsible for fit preference differences.
• International shipping & customs fees are borne by the client.
• Shipping time may vary due to customs clearance.
