The Atelier Process

2. Measurements

Why Measurements Matter: Accurate measurements are essential for a precise fit.
Options for Measurements:
- Visit a local tailor for professional measurements.
- Follow a guided remote session with our team to take measurements at home.

3. Crafting the Design

Design Development: Once the design and measurements are confirmed, our atelier begins developing your garment.

4. Production & Completion

Production Schedule: Your piece enters our production schedule and is crafted according to the agreed timeline.
Progress Updates: Depending on design complexity, updates may include fabric confirmation, structural development, and construction stages.

Atelier Policies

Every garment at Phoebe Atelier is made-to-measure for each client. Hence, we have the following policies:

A deposit is required before production begins.
Custom orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Any design changes requested after production has started may incur additional costs.
