Please read carefully before placing an order.

Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed after successful payment. For bespoke and made-to-measure orders, a 70% deposit is required to begin production and the remaining 30% is payable upon completion or before shipment.

Product Types

We offer Ready-to-Wear, Made-to-Order, Pre-Order, Made-to-Measure and Bespoke services. Each type has different timelines, payment terms and policies.

Bespoke & Made-to-Measure

All bespoke and made-to-measure garments are individually developed. Customers are responsible for confirming measurements, design, fabric and all details before production.

Design Changes & Alterations

Requested changes after approval may incur additional costs and affect production time. Additional fittings or alterations may be charged.

Handcrafted Nature

Our garments are handcrafted. Minor variations in stitching, embellishment, placement and texture are natural and not considered defects.

Production Timelines

Timelines vary depending on design complexity and materials. We do not guarantee completion by a specific date unless confirmed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, content and brand materials are the intellectual property of PHOEBE Atelier and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Shipping, delivery, customs and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.
