All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Ready-to-Wear (International Orders)

All sales are final. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds, no remakes.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Order

All sales are final. No returns or refunds once production has commenced. Orders cannot be cancelled once production starts.

Bespoke & Made-to-Measure

All bespoke and made-to-measure orders are final sale, non-refundable and non-returnable. Deposits are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

Unpaid Orders: 7 Days

If payment is not completed within 7 calendar days, PHOEBE Atelier may cancel the order, retain any amount already paid, and release the product for other use or sale.

Fully Paid Orders: 30 Days

Completed orders will be held for a maximum of 30 calendar days. If not collected or accepted within this period, PHOEBE Atelier may cancel the order, retain all payments, and release the product for other use or sale.

Manufacturing Defects

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we may repair, alter, replace or provide another appropriate remedy. A defect does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Third-Party Alterations

Alterations made by a third party without our approval may affect or void warranty coverage for the affected part of the garment.

Shipping & Related Costs

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable, including in the case of returns or refusals.

Shipping charges and return shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy.
